*The Instructional Rounds process can include up to 15 participants total from the school and district office.
This ~40-hour workshop series bridges the understanding of instructional expectations between the leadership team and teachers. By the end of the 5-day, all participants develop a shared knowledge of expectations of essential elements of excellent instruction. This service is best scheduled to begin in the fall and continue throughout the year. It includes optional on-site walkthroughs & implementation support.
